Wheels
Being a fundamental element in the landing gear assembly, we provide preventive andminor and major corrective maintenance to the nose wheel assembly, as well as to the main gear in commercial or general aviation aircraft. We fully align ourselves with the maintenance manuals for each part number, ensuring optimal operation within safety limits.
Brakes
Being a fundamental part of aircraft safety, it is important that the brakes have the correct maintenance and maintain the standards required for airworthiness, that is why we provide preventive and corrective maintenance (minor and major) to the brake assembly (whether carbon or steel) keeping the limits allowed by the manufacturer for commercial and general aviation aircraft.
Tires
Since wheels must achieve a balance between traction, comfort, durability and energy efficiency during operation and service life, we provide tire services through assembly and disassembly for nose and / or main trains on commercial aviation and general aircrafts.
Corrientes parásitas (Eddy currents)
As a part of our NDT portfolio, this test is used for the detection of surface and subsurface cracks in ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials through the application of an eddy current. This method is applicable in commercial aviation aircrafts.
Ultrasound
As a part of our NDT portfolio, this test works through the phenomenon of reflection of acoustic waves when they locate a discontinuity during their propagation and it has application in all types of materials. This NDT is available for both commercial and general aviation aircrafts.
Flourescent Particles Inspection
One more NDT of our service portfolio. This inspection is used to detect possible imperfections in parts or structures. It is are made by applying a moisturizing liquid that, due to its capillarity, will penetrate the discontinuities it finds. When applying a developer, the liquid that has penetrated into any surface can be extracted. This test is applicable to any material that is not porous and to both metallic and non-metallic materials.
Magnetic Particles
This NDT is used to identify surface and subsurface defects or discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. The process consists of applying a metallic powder to the surface to be inspected. The metallic powder is applied under the action of a magnetic field that will cause the accumulation of the powder in the discontinuities. It is a very fast procedure that can be applied on ferromagnetic surfaces regardless of their size. This NDT is applicable to commercial and general aviation aircrafts.
