Proyectos e Integraciones Tecnológicas, S.A. de C.V. (commercially defined as "PROITSA") acknowledges that you are providing us with your personal and/or contact information. Our commitment is to treat this data only for commercial relation purposes of our company. Before you provide us with any information, you must read and understand the terms of this Privacy Notice, where you explicitly express your consent by Accepting the same.

Hereinafter is the full text of the Privacy Notice:

I. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE. This document refers to the Privacy Notice of Proyectos e Integraciones Tecnológicas, S.A. de C.V. (“PROITSA”), who will be in charge of processing the personal data that you (the "PROVIDER") provide us. For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, PROITSA designates the domicile located at Dr. Erazo No.85, Int. 706, Col. Doctores, Cuauhtémoc Delegation, Mexico, D.F. CP / 06720.

II. PERSONAL DATA STORED BY PROITSA. The personal data that the PROVIDER provides through the electronic or paper filling and submission of the requested forms that shall be subject to treatment are: (i) Name of the company or individual, paternal surname and maternal surname (if applicable); (ii) domicile; (iii) email; (iv) telephone, cellphone and / or fax number; (v) photograph (if applicable); (vi) information on academic degrees (if applicable) (vii) fiscal data.

III. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA. PROITSA will not request in any way, and the PROVIDER will not provide PROITSA at any time data identified as "sensitive”, that is, information which improper use may give rise to or entail a serious risk for the PROVIDER. In the event that the PROVIDER provides sensitive data through documents delivered by any means to PROITSA, he/she/it accepts and consents that the same shall be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of PROITSA and its Privacy Notice, being the PROVIDER's obligation to not provide this type of data in the information provided.

IV. FINANCIAL DATA. PROITSA collects financial data that is necessary for the purposes of payment of goods and / or services. This data includes: (i) accounts; (ii) contact information; and (iii) billing information.

V. USE OF YOUR DATA. Your Data will be processed for the following purposes:

- For Primary Purposes: Payment of Goods and / or Services provided by the PROVIDER.

VI. TREATMENT OF THE DATA AND ITS REFUSAL. In order to comply with the purposes of this Privacy Notice, as well as to process the Data, PROITSA may deliver all or part of the Data to third parties for promotional purposes, which may be individuals or legal entities, national or foreign, affiliate or subsidiary companies, including suppliers of goods or services, that require to know this information. Third party recipients may be, but not limited to, industrial, commercial and / or service companies that seek a commercial approach with the PROVIDER.

PROITSA undertakes to have sufficient and necessary legal and security measures to guarantee that the Data shall remain confidential and secure.

PROITSA shall be entitled to provide the treatment it deems appropriate to the Data, provided that such treatment is performed in compliance of the purposes indicated in subsection (a) of Section IV of this Privacy Notice; for the treatment of the purpose indicated in paragraph one (1) of section VI, and consequently, PROITSA may perform such treatment until it receives the refusal from the PROVIDER.

The PROVIDER must not add personal data that are not required or different from those requested by PROITSA in the fields designated for this purpose, in virtue that any conduct that infringes does not guarantee the confidentiality of such information.

In order for the PROVIDER to express its refusal or revoke its consent for the treatment of its personal data, he/she/it must contact PROITSA through the procedure established for the exercise of ARCO Rights (as defined hereinafter).

VII. EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS. The PROVIDER shall have the right to request PROITSA at any time the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding its Data (the "ARCO Rights"), and for such purpose he/she/it must send a request to the Responsible, to the attention of the Operations area and / or Informatics, to the following address: Dr. Erazo No. 85, Int. 706, Col Doctores, Deleg. The request so as to exercise the ARCO Rights, or to revoke the consent for the treatment of personal data, must contain and attach the following: (i) the name, paternal and maternal surname of the Legal Representative of the PROVIDER; (ii) domicile and / or email and / or any other means to communicate the response with respect to its request; (iii) the official documents that evidence the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the PROVIDER; (iv) the clear and precise description of the Data with respect to which any of the aforementioned rights shall be exercised; and (v) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the PROVIDER's Data.

Once PROITSA receives the letter from the PROVIDER regarding the exercise of its ARCO Rights, PROITSA within 15 business days shall analyze, attend and send the PROVIDER the corresponding response. The means for sending the response shall be in the form indicated by the PROVIDER or using the same means by which the Benficiary sent the corresponding letter to PROITSA.

VIII. OTHER MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA. So as to limit the treatment of the Data, the PROVIDER shall only have the means indicated in this Privacy Notice. It will be at the option of the PROVIDER, to attend or request by telephone its registry before the Public Registry of Consumers established by the Federal Consumer Protection Law and / or the Public Registry of Users established by the Law for the Protection and Defense of the User of Financial Services, in order to limit the use of personal data in possession of individuals.

IX. COMMUNICATION MECHANISMS. . Any communication that the PROVIDER directs to PROITSA rwith respect to this Privacy Notice, shall be sent to the domiciles provided for the exercise of the ARCO Rights, establishing in a clear and precise manner: (i) the name, paternal and maternal surname of the Legal Representative of the PROVIDER; (ii) its domicile and / or email and / or any other means of communication so as to respond your request; (iii) the official documents that evidence the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the Beneficiary; and (iv) a clear and precise description of the scope of your communication.

Likewise, PROITSA will attend and respond any communication within 7 business days of having received such communication, either in the same form as received or in the form indicated.

X. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE. PROITSA may modify this Privacy Notice as many times as it deems necessary, both to be consistent with the applicable legal regulations, at the request of the competent authorities and / or at our own convenience. As long as PROITSA does not modify its identity, additional information than the information established herein is required from the PROVIDER, the purpose of this Privacy Notice is modified and / or the transfer conditions change, the PROVIDER agrees and approves that the form so to notify any modification of this Privacy Notice will be published on the website https://www.proitsa.com/en/aviso-de-privacidad. It is the obligation of the PROVIDER to periodically visit such site in order to verify the most current version of the Privacy Notice.

XII. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. This Privacy statement is subject to the terms and conditions established by PROITSA, which constitutes a legal agreement between the PROVIDER and PROITSA.

XIII. PROTECTION. The security and confidentiality of the data that the PROVIDERS provide upon establishing a commercial relation for goods and / or services will be protected and conserved in the Database that only PROITSA has access to.

XIV. AUTHORITY. If you consider that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to attend before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) at https://home.inai.org.mx
